1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This document contains the complete terms and conditions ("Terms") governing use of the wtc888 platform, including the website at wtc888.onl, the mobile application and all related services. These Terms take effect immediately upon your accessing or using our platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the wtc888 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms will be considered acceptance of those amendments.

wtc888 reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any clause in these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification, and will take effect within the period stated in that notice.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

Use of the wtc888 platform is only permitted to individuals who simultaneously meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not a citizen or resident of a country that restricts or prohibits online gambling under its local laws.
• Registering in your own name and not as a representative of a third party.
• Not currently declared bankrupt or subject to any financial restriction order.
• Not currently under an active "self-exclusion" designation by wtc888.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at a time. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email or phone number used — is a serious violation of these Terms.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name as per your identity document (MyKad or passport), an active mobile phone number, and a reachable email address. wtc888 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your account. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed by another party without authorisation, contact wtc888 support immediately.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

wtc888 supports a range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM30. Available deposit methods are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — instant deposit via the TNG app.
• DuitNow — real-time transfer via the interbank payment system.
• Online banking (FPX) — includes all major banks participating in the FPX system.
• Boost — supported local e-wallet for fast deposits.
• Cryptocurrency — including USDT, BTC and ETH.

All deposits must come from a payment account registered in the same name as the wtc888 user. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension and freezing of funds.

5 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction. Withdrawal requests that meet the requirements are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours from the time the request is received. Withdrawals are processed using the same method as your original deposit.

Before your first withdrawal is approved, wtc888 reserves the right to request full identity verification including a copy of your MyKad and proof of ownership of your payment account. This process is a standard security measure to protect all account holders.

Withdrawals involving bonus funds can only be processed after the wagering requirements have been fully met. Any attempt to withdraw before the wagering conditions are satisfied will be automatically rejected by the system.

6 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by wtc888 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. In general, wagering requirements must be met within the specified period — otherwise, unused bonuses will expire automatically.

Welcome Bonus: The first deposit is eligible for a 100% match bonus up to RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100 with an account balance of RM200 — and the wagering requirement is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM800, a bonus of RM300 is given with a balance of RM1,100 — and the wagering requirement is RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.

Each user is entitled to the Welcome Bonus once only. Any attempt to claim the same bonus through multiple account registrations or different details is a violation of these Terms.

7 General Game Rules

All games offered on the wtc888 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting and other games — operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or live streaming systems supervised by licensed third-party providers.

All game results are final once a round or game event has ended. Any technical disruption that occurs while a game is in progress will be resolved in accordance with the policy set by the game provider. wtc888 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet disruptions on the user's end.

Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. Users are responsible for ensuring that bets placed are correct before final confirmation. Any bet placed — whether intentionally or unintentionally — using funds derived from illegal activity will not be processed.

8 Prohibited User Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wtc888 platform:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or any technology that mimics human behaviour to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities — users who discover any bug are required to report it to support immediately.
• Abusing the bonus system in a manner that goes against its intended purpose.
• Using the platform for any activity related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Disclosing or selling account information to third parties.

wtc888 reserves the right to take immediate action including suspending accounts, forfeiting balances, and submitting information to the authorities if there is sufficient evidence of any of the above activities.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

wtc888 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time with or without prior notice if:

• The user violates any clause in these Terms.
• Registration information is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
• There is activity suspected to be fraud or financial deception.
• The user fails to meet identity verification (KYC) requirements within the specified period.
• The user requests account closure or self-exclusion.

If an account is closed at the user's request and there is no violation of these Terms, any valid fund balance (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via the original payment method within a reasonable period.

10 Liability Limits and Exclusions

The wtc888 platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, wtc888 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or continued availability of this platform.

wtc888 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from: third-party internet service disruptions, user device failures, unfavourable game outcomes, or any user actions that conflict with these Terms.

Gambling carries financial risk. Users acknowledge that they are playing with money they can afford to lose and that winnings are not guaranteed in any form of gaming.

11 Responsible Gambling

wtc888 is committed to responsible gambling practices. Our platform provides a range of tools and resources to help users better manage their gambling activity. These include:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly limits to control spending.
• Session time limits — limit how long you play each session.
• Self-exclusion — request a temporary or permanent account suspension if you feel gambling is having a negative impact on your life.

12 Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

Your continued use of the platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you disagree with any amendment made, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

The wtc888 platform operates under international licensing. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support channels will be referred to the arbitration body designated by the licensing authority. Users agree that the decision of the arbitration body is final and binding on both parties.

If any provision in these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, only that provision will be void — the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
